Integrated Quality Management System
Everest Consultants developed a robust integrated quality management system (IQMS). It incorporates multiple quality models, including ISO 9001:2008 and CMMI Development. The IQMS ensures each phase of the product development lifecycle has adequate reviews, controls and checkpoints.
