Everest strikes a balance between no process and too much process.

Everest is experienced in managing projects of various sizes in different domains and global environments. Everest conducts regular project reviews to monitor and track project progress against the project plan. Everest's team members, along with the client's project principal, will conduct these reviews on a variety of critical aspects such as task status, project schedule, issues/risks, QA activities, status of bugs, and status of documentation. In addition to such reviews, our project/team leader(s) will be closely focusing on the day-to-day progress of the team and on resolving dependencies.

Everest advocates formal initiation, careful planning, well controlled execution and formal closure of projects to ensure transparency and objectivity in project management. Our project plan will act as an integration mechanism between the software development methodology, QA lifecycle and project management framework.

Our methodology has evolved from years of experience and is aligned with industry standards and project management processes as defined by the Project Management Institute’s Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) ®
